Her Majesty The Queen 1926 – 2022

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Her Majesty The Queen. Bangor-on-Dee Racecourse extends our sincere condolences to His Majesty The King, other members of the Royal Family and all those affected.

We and the whole of British racing are in mourning. Her Majesty has been one of the greatest and most influential supporters in the history of horseracing. Her passion for racing and the racehorse shone brightly throughout her life.

Like the rest of the nation, British racing is in mourning. The Queen will of course be remembered as an historic Monarch but also as a passionate horsewoman who was an avid supporter of our sport.

Our thoughts remain with His Majesty The King and all members of the Royal Family.
